Paying for your order

The payment options available upon check-out are PayPal, BDO or BPI over-the-counter payment and Globe GCash.

PayPal:

If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can sign in to PayPal as a guest and still complete the transaction. But we highly encourage you to create your own PayPal account (at www.paypal.com) – it’s easier for you, and for us. ☺

BDO or BPI:

You may pay for your purchase via over-the-counter payment. Just visit the nearest BPI or BDO and fill-out a deposit slip. Here are the account details:

Your order will be shipped once your payment has been cleared by the bank. You may also, email support@festivity.com.ph with a picture/scanned copy of the deposit slip.

GCash:

To pay via Gcash, just transfer the total amount to this mobile number: 0917-3211177. You will be prompted via SMS to confirm the purchase by replying with your Gcash MPIN. You will then receive a confirmation SMS.

Shipping your order

We usually ship within 1 to 2 business days once payment has been completed and confirmed. If you place your order on a Saturday, your order will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday (we rest on Sundays!) of the following week.

We ship to anywhere in the Philippines that is listed on our checkout page. Just click on “Calculate Shipping” when you check out to see what the shipping charges are to where the package needs to go.

It takes 2-3 business days for a package to be delivered within Metro Manila and it takes 3-7 business days for a package to be delivered outside Metro Manila.
Shipping is done through Yey or Xend Express.

Order Status

You will receive a notification email acknowledging your order once it’s been completed, to let you know that we’ve begun processing it, and you’ll also receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

The email will include your order’s tracking number. Then you can visit www.xend.com.ph, enter the tracking number on their main page, and count down the days until you get your stuff.

Returns and Exchanges

If you change your mind about your order, email us at support@festivity.com.ph within an hour of placing your order, and we can cancel or change it. If your order has already shipped, we can still exchange it, provided you return the unused items in their original packaging, but you’ll have to cover the cost of return shipping.
We do our best to make sure that all items we ship are in excellent condition. Some of these items are pretty delicate, so please take care when opening the packages, as we cannot replace items that are damaged due to mishandling.

If the items you receive was damaged during shipping, email us at support@festivity.com.ph on the same day that you received it, with a picture for our reference and any notes you feel necessary, and we will do our best to replace it. Please keep the original packaging for when you return the item to us; we will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items.
